The satisfaction guarantee/money-back claim can be presented by consumers over 18 years of age living in Europe. The satisfaction guarantee claim must be made within three months from the date of purchase. An individual consumer may only receive a refund once. Only carefully completed satisfaction guarantee claims will be processed. A money refund requires an image of the purchase receipt. The amount paid to the claimant is the same as the amount displayed on the product purchase receipt. The product must be returned with approximately ½ of the bottle’s contents remaining. The money refund will be paid to the account specified by the claimant within 30 days from returning the product. The claimant is responsible for the accuracy of the information.
