Besides the exterior surface, areas such as the engine compartment, the inside of the car, and glass surfaces require their own special cleaning and conditioning agents. Those you can find in the Korrek range of products.
Engine Cleaning
To ensure reliable performance from your car, its engine should be cleaned on a regular basis. Dirty engines and petrol leaks are the most frequent causes of automobile fires and malfunctions.
Start by covering the sensitive areas, such as the distributor and fuse boxes, using a plastic sheet or other suitable material. Spray Korrek Powerwash solvent detergent on the engine compartment surfaces and give it a few moments to take effect.
Extremely grimy surfaces may also need to be brushed or rubbed with a sponge.
After the solvent has taken effect, rinse the engine with warm water. If necessary, dry the electrical equipment and treat it with Korrek ABC universal oil to ensure that the engine will start. At the same time, it is worthwhile to check the levels of the brake fluid, windscreen washer fluid, and battery water.
Cleaning the Inside of Your Car
The condition of the inside of your car has a significant effect on driving comfort. It contains many kinds of materials, each requiring their own cleaning and maintenance products. Teepol is an excellent general cleaning agent for the inside of your car.

Glass Surfaces
From the standpoint of traffic safety, the most important cleaning areas are glass surfaces.
Use Korrek Glass Cleaner foam to remove grime and grease from glass surfaces. A non-dripping foam layer is applied to the surface, then wiped away. Glass surfaces should be warm at the time of cleaning, otherwise grime will not come off.

Plastic Surfaces
Silicon-based cleaning agents have been developed for cleaning and protecting rubber and plastic parts such as dashboards.
Korrek Cockpit brightener effectively removes grime and leaves a glossy silicon coating that protects plastic surfaces and makes it easy to keep them clean.
Textile Surfaces
Korrek Tex textile cleaning foam gently cleans upholstery and carpeting. The foam is applied, left for a few moments to take effect, then removed with a brush.
The colourfastness of brightly coloured upholstery should first be checked in a small area before application.
If there are difficult stains on the textiles, it may be necessary to use stain remover or cleaning petrol. Exercise caution when using such agents; they may easily discolour fabrics or leave streaks.
Do the Locks Work?
Lubricate locks with Oilic or Korrek lock oil before and after washing.
Check if there are any special instructions in the car´s instruction manual.
